The development of Casa Ataraxia begins with comprehensive earthmoving operations using heavy-duty machinery to sculpt the terrain and establish optimal building conditions. Stability is ensured with the installation of a reinforced masonry retaining wall, while expert soil mechanics engineering provides foundation stabilization tailored to the site’s topography and load-bearing requirements.
Structural integrity is anchored by a steel and reinforced concrete foundation built in full compliance with ACI318 standards from the American Concrete Institute, guaranteeing long-term resilience. The vertical structural system utilizes a confined masonry wall system developed by Agrenic, recognized for its seismic resistance and visual harmony. Floor slabs are built using a hybrid system of metal beams and reinforced concrete, engineered by Proinco to maximize strength, reduce vibration, and optimize internal spans.
The home integrates a complete electrical system complemented by a smart lighting network, offering intuitive control and energy efficiency. Intelligent mirror systems are featured throughout the residence, combining functionality with high-tech elegance.
